  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
  3. Beat butter and cream cheese in an electric mixer until combined.
  4. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, until combined. Scrape down sides of the bowl.
  5. Add eggs 1 at a time.
  6. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, and beat until combined.
  7. Add salt and vanilla and mix.
  8. Pour into prepared pan, bake 1 hour and 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  9. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
  10. Serve with a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar and frozen sweetened strawberries.

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine marinade. Whisk together oil, lime, garlic, fajita seasoning, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a gallon-sized ziptop bag, add chicken, beef, vegetables and 1/3 cup of marinade.
  3. Place the bag in the fridge for 30 minutes-2 hours.
  4. Grill your ingredients on an outdoor or indoor grill. Baste with remaining marinade while grilling.
  5. Serve with warm tortillas, lettuce, cheese, and whatever else fixings you like.

  1. In a small bowl, combine salt and steak seasoning.
  2. Drizzle each side of beef with olive oil and 1 tbsp. of seasoning mixture.
  3. Sear beef in a large pan over medium-high heat until brown. Flip beef over and repeat on other side.
  4. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  5. In a large bowl, mix vegetables with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and the remaining 1 tbsp. of seasoning mix.
  6. Saute the vegetables in the same pan as the beef. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Pour the veggies into the slow cooker. Add 1 cup beef broth, cover and cook 9 hours on low or 6 hours on high.
  8. Once everything is cooked, use a turkey baster to remove the juices from the slow cooker and put in a small saucepan. Heat pan over medium heat until boiling.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and remaining 1/2 cup beef broth. Add this to the boiling juices.
  10. Whisk continuously for 2 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Plate the beef and vegetables and pour over the sauce.
  12. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixer, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light in color and fluffy. About 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each egg.
  4. Add vanilla. Scrape down sides of bowl with rubber spatula.
  5. Add all the dry ingredients to the mixer and mix on low until combined.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
  7. Scoop dough onto plastic wrap. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop cookies into ball shapes.
  9. Place cookies 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
  10. Sprinkle each cookie with a bit of kosher salt.
  11. Bake in 400 oven for 16-17 minutes, rotating halfway between baking time, until slightly brown.
  12. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then place on cooling racks to cool.
  13. Enjoy!
