I smoked for years and the patch is what helped me quit for good. Even though I smoked a lot, the patches were a little strong for me, so I cut them in half. I quit for half the price and haven’t had a cigarette in over 10 years. Hope your post helps someone else see that they can quit too.

My dad smoked his whole life and died from complications of lung cancer. He never met my husband, his grandchildren, missed so much because he couldn’t quit. I am so happy to see there are better ways to help with smoking cessation these days. But, don’t get me started on those e-cigs!
