Cape Cod Massachusetts is like heaven for foodies. There are literally endless choices for restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, and more. We are total foodies right here so we loved trying out new restaurants on our recent weekend getaway to Cape Cod. We loved them all, but we did have some favorites.
Here are our 3 Must Eat Restaurants in Cape Cod Massachusetts
If you are a pizza lover then Pizza Barbone is your jam. Located in the heart of Hyannis Massachusetts, Pizza Barbone has a wood-fired pizza oven that gives the pizza the most delicious flavor.
The decor is modern, yet chic. Lots of wood accents and metal features. We especially love the bar style seating where you can get a birds-eye view of the action and see your pizza being created.
We loved watching “the pizza master” create our lunch right in front of our eyes.
The pizza was yummy and delicious, but I need to tell you about my favorite thing at Pizza Barbone.
Oh my gosh, people… this bread was like a little slice of heaven. It is made in the pizza oven and comes out hot, crispy, and amazing. They serve it with softened butter and also olive oil which is great because my kids like butter on their bread but I really love a good olive oil with my bread.
Pizza Barbone is definitely a Must Eat in Cape Cod Massachusetts.
Located in West Yarmouth Massachusetts, The Yarmouth House is voted as one of the best seafood and steakhouse restaurants in Cape Cod. We stopped by there for a quick lunch and we were wowed right upon entering.
Since it was October they decorated the whole restaurant for Halloween. The decorations were amazing and the kids loved them!
A great feature for kids is the giant water wheel right inside the restaurant. Such a fun feature and kids will be amazed by it.
The Yarmouth House has a broad selection on the menu with lots of things to choose from. Everyone in our family had no problem finding something we liked. I will tell you that the kids meals have enormous portions so go there hungry.
The Yarmouth House is another Must Eat in Cape Cod Massachusetts.
Chapin’s is located in Dennisport Massachusetts. This is a popular restaurant with locals in the summer because it is steps away from the beach. They have a great outside deck where you can listen to the ocean and watch the sunset over dinner.
The menu at Chapin’s is absolutely enormous. It is so big that we had trouble deciding what to eat! The seafood was so fresh that it tasted like they just pulled it out of the ocean.
The “main event” for me is always the dessert course. Chapin’s has the most luscious Chocolate Lava Cake that just oozes chocolate goodness.
Chapin’s Restaurant is yet another Must Eat in Cape Cod Massachusetts.
