Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil.
Add 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl and mix until combined.
Fold in 1/4 cup walnuts.
Pour into prepared loaf pans and set aside.
In a separate bowl, make the crumb topping.
Combine the brown sugar and flour.
Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or fork until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Mix in walnuts.
Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake in 350 oven for 55-60 minutes. Test with a toothpick to come out clean.
