These Chicken Fajitas are the Perfect Family Dinner and are so full of flavor that you are going to love them. You can use also substitute beef if you prefer or just have all veggies.

Chicken Fajitas: The Perfect Family Dinner

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Serves: 4


1/3 cup canola oil

1/3 cup lime juice

2 cloves garlic crushed

3 tsp fajita seasoning

1 red pepper sliced

1 onion sliced

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 pound boneless chicken breasts sliced in 1/2 horizontally

2 (6 ounce) sirloin steaks

8 flour tortillas or romaine lettue leaves

garnishes: chunky salsa, guacamole, sour cream, chopped jalapenos, limes, avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce

1. In a gallon-sized ziptop bag, combine the 1st nine ingredients.

2. Place the bag in the fridge for 30 minutes – 2 hours.

3. Grill your ingredients on an indoor or outdoor grill.

4. Serve with warm tortillas or romaine lettuce for wraps, and whatever other fixings you like.
