Holidays in our house are always about entertaining. We host Friendsgiving as well as Christmas every year. The centerpiece of all of my holiday entertaining is a huge grazing board appetizer filled with all types of cheeses, meats, fruits, and of course Blue Diamond Snack Almonds. It all starts with the cheese

The first thing I start with to create this luscious masterpiece is the cheese. I like to have 4 different kinds of cheese. This gives great variety and there is something that everyone will like. The basic cheese categories I usually have are a hard cheese, a semi-hard cheese, a soft cheese, and a crumbly type of cheese.

The cheeses I used in this Holiday Grazing Board are as follows:

Next up, add your meats and nuts. I used sweet salami, rolled up prosciutto, and pepperoni for the meat. I also like ham, peppered salami, and soppressata.
