The Autograph Collection Hotels recently hosted a pre-release screening of the movie Gemini at the Envoy Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. We were lucky enough to be invited to this awesome event and we had a blast. We very rarely attend events without our kids so this was a great opportunity for a date night!
The 1st part of the event, a lovely mix and mingle cocktail hour at the Envoy Hotel before the screening of the movie. Of course, there was an abundance of delicious food.
The cocktails were definitely flowing too.
They had the cutest little setup at the bar for cocktails which lead to such great conversation starters with the other attendees. You could choose a delicious drink from a pre-determined cocktail menu. I might have tried them all. Shhh… don’t tell anyone! HaHa. Or you could type your favorite movie quote on the most adorable little old typewriter they had set up and the bartender would make you a drink based on the movie that the quote was from.
I was so determined to stump those bartenders but they guessed all of my quotes!
After the cocktail hour, shuttles took us on a short drive to the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter for the main event, the screening of Gemini. We arrived at the most amazing loft space that I have ever seen! Everything was decorated based on a movie theme with comfy couches to watch the movie and snacks and cocktails galore. It was spectacular!
They even had a props area to take photos which Eric was happy to take. He’s such a ham!

There was a short panel session where we were given some background on the Autograph Hotel’s new Indie Film Project Series. The Indie Film Project celebrates the vision and craft of today’s most-talented screenwriters, filmmakers, and distributors working in independent film.
What an amazing event! Looks like so much fun and props to who put it together I love all the details!
