Road tripping it with kids is comparable to playing poker at a casino, you never know what cards you will be dealt. We have had some amazing road trips and some road trips from hell with 75 bathroom stops!
We took a 6-hour road trip when the kids were 5 years old. Every time we crossed a state I would tell them and we would blow party horns.
We crossed the state border for Connecticut and I told the kids and we blew horns and then Gianna said: “Oh we are in Connecticut, are we in America still?”
I tell you we must have laughed for a good 20 minutes! 4 years later, every road trip we take they still remember that and we laugh all over again.
These are the memories that you will never forget, cherish them. Happy Road Tripping!!
