Last weekend, we set off on an adventure to Cape Cod Massachusetts to visit our host resort The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort. We hope you enjoy this review!

Weekend in Cape Cod at Corsair & Cross Rip Resort (Review)

As born and bred New Englanders, we vacation to Cape Cod Massachusetts quite often. Cape Cod is actually bigger than it looks on the map. There are so many great areas of Cape Cod, or like us, locals refer to it, “the Cape.” We really like to stay in the Hyannis and Dennisport areas. These areas have lots of family-friendly activities and it is heaven for foodies like us.

Immediately upon arrival to The Corsair & Cross Rip Resort in Dennisport, we were blown away with how close the resort is to the beach. I mean it is literally steps and your toes are in the sand!

The Corsair & Cross Rip is family-owned and operated and caters to families with their all-suite rooms and extraordinary amenities. We arrived late on Friday evening and the staff was so great even at this time of night. We headed into the office and checked in.

Check-in was quick and painless and we were on our way to our room. Even the view walking up to the room is to die for. I think I could live here!

Accommodations at The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort

The rooms remind me of a cute little cottage on the beach. All of the suites feature a kitchenette with full-size appliances. A jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

In my opinion, the best part of our room was the balcony with an amazing view of the ocean.

Free WiFi is offered at the resort and our suite had a DVD player. They have a huge selection of all kinds of dvds in the office that you can borrow too which is great. They also have a complimentary coffee and tea bar.

All of the Great Amenities at The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort

All of the “extras” at this resort are what make it so family-friendly. There are pools (indoor and outdoor) as well as a whirlpool. The outdoor pool directly overlooks the beach.

Since we visited in the late Fall, the outdoor pool and whirlpool were closed so we enjoyed the indoor pool which is in a separate building across the street from the main building.

On the 2nd floor of the indoor pool building is a game room complete with a popcorn maker.

The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort also offers a great complimentary continental breakfast with your stay. We LOVED the breakfast they had every morning, especially the delicious coffee cake which was a nice little sweet treat to start the day.

The staff at The Corsair and the owner Mark are so down to earth and accommodating. They want you to have an amazing family vacation and try to fulfill your every need. Mark was so kind to leave us a delicious welcome basket filled with goodies that we enjoyed on our balcony while listening to the waves crash as we watched the sunset. Spectacular!
